Congratulations: you are pregnant! Anna Jaques Hospital Birth Center class is for mothers and partners during the last trimester of pregnancy to learn skills needed for the childbirth experience such as breathing methods, relaxation techniques, and comfort measures.
Infant CPR Anytime is for parents, grandparents, family members and anyone who wants to learn lifesaving infant CPR and choking skills but does not need a course completion card. This class includes everything needed to learn basic infant CPR and relief of choking.

Skip the pasta machine and get ready to use your hands to create orecchiette (little ears), cavatelli (dimpled pasta) and more with Chef Emily! This simple pasta dough has just three ingredients, and is easily shaped by both big and little hands. Parents and kids will work together to mix and knead their dough, shape the noodles, then share a delicious meal using local produce and meats from Appleton Farms. Chef Emily will use the finished pasta to demo an easy seasonal recipe and everyone will have time at the end to eat.

Sibling Preparation Class is offered to big brothers and sisters. The class includes a tour of the Birth Center and age-appropriate activities to let children have fun while learning about new babies and changes in the family. 2020 classes are on Sundays from 1:15-2:15pm in the Higgins Conference Room at Anna Jaques Hospital.
