Sidekim Foods in Lynn will host a free Food Day event. They will have a variety of food demonstrations with a special focus of teaching children how to cook. Children will be able to bring out their inner chef, get their hands dirty, and become familiar with different fresh ingredients by helping prepare a healthy meal. Activities for kids of all ages!
Lynn Museum and Historical Society invites you to day of family activities and events! Enjoy dance performances, art and crafts, cooking demos and story telling in addition to FREE museum admission! Visitors are encouraged to see latest exhibition 'More Than a Number: Stories from Lynn', that tells the story of Lynn community members who escaped Cambodia and the horror of Khmer Rouge regime. Fluff is a special treat in our house that we usually reserve for that wonderful combination of bread, peanut butter and fluff - aka the fluffernutter! What we never knew was that fluff is a product native to the North Shore and has been made in Lynn at the same factory since 1929. Today, fluff is sold throughout the United States and the world and has a dedicated following.
