Join us as we investigate the tidepools and the wrackline on Steep Hill Beach to discover and record the many creatures that live along the shore. We’ll (carefully and gently!) use nets to capture specimens and magnifying glasses to take an up-close-and-personal look, before releasing our new friends back to where we found them. We’ll talk about our observations and discoveries – and surprise ourselves with how much we can learn by looking. An educational adventure for the whole family. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

—During the month of September explore conservation lands, learn a bit about Manchester’s history, and have some fun! Accept the challenge to visit multiple locations at surrounding conservation areas, learn some history and celebrate the 375^th Anniversary of the founding of Manchester by the Sea! It's a healthy way for your family to engage with the beautiful habitats you can find on the North Shore.

Magic Years Cooperative Nursery School invites all interested parents and their children to an Open House on Friday, February 14, 2020 from 11 to noon. All ages are welcome to attend. Tour the school and meet the teachers that make Magic Years such an enriching place for children to learn. Come and experience the cooperative community at Magic Years Cooperative Nursery School.

With the need for toys at an all-time high for local children, Manchester Athletic is offering a generous benefit for your donation. Bring in any new and unwrapped toy to donate to the toy drive, MAC will waive the join fee. MAC collects as many toys and gift card donations as possible to fulfill North Shore needs.
