Healthy Eating Habits Workshop

Ipswich YMCA hosts a workshop on healthy eating as part of their nutrition education series! Come to the Y to Learn about functional foods and plant based diets from dietitian Jocelyn Graham.

Jocelyn Graham MS, RD, LDN is an outpatient dietitian for North Shore Physicians group, a primary care practice in the north shore of Massachusetts. Her role is to provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling for patients in need of assistance with weight loss, diabetes management, renal disease, food allergies, weight gain, sports nutrition, and general health/wellness. Jocelyn is also a board member of the Massachusetts Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
