Heart-Healthy Trail Day!

Get outside and walk your way to feeling better! Coolidge Reservation's Ocean Lawn offers an extraordinary opportunity to get you started. This fairly flat, grassy terrain stimulates all your senses, offers fascinating views, and will ease you into walking your way to health.

The Ocean Lawn is always open Fridays through Mondays year-round, but on this special Sunday, we hope you'll join us for this heart-healthy trail day. You may take a stroll through this magnificent reservation with our self-guided, heart-healthy map created by a local Eagle Scout.
