Summers are a blast at Eurostoves! Our summer kids classes run Monday through Friday (with the exception of July 4th) from 10AM-1PM. You can sign up for one or two classes, the whole week, or several weeks. Each week is a different theme and feature completely new menus for 2016. Classes are intended for kids and teens ages 8 and up. All classes are taught in our spacious, state of the art teaching kitchen and are led by professional chef-instructors. All classes conclude with a feast! Hope to see you this summer!
On day one, we'll dive into the science baking, starting with the importance of precise measurement and attention to temperature, then get to work on breads, making both quick breads and longer-rising doughs.
On day two, we'll focus on pastries, savory and sweet, as well as finishing our longer rising bread projects from the first day.
