The Newburyport Scarecrow contest is open to the public and free to all! Entries by individuals, families, teams, schools, churches, clubs, organizations, businesses are all welcome. The goal of this contest is to create a gallery of fun, inventive scarecrows throughout Market Square. This contest is part of Newburyport's Fall Harvest Festival 2019, and entries are expected to be on display until the festival is over!
The three separate scarecrow categories are as follows (Please indicate category on entry form!):
- Children/Families
- Businesses
Prizes include Newburyport Gift Cards. Winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded at 3pm in Market Square.
