The Hamilton-Wenham Friends of the Arts is excited to host the Annual Melody Miles 5k fun run starting from Winthrop Elementary School. Our talented student performers look forward to serenading you as you walk, run, hop, skip, or dance your way along our scenic local race route.

Get your best reindeer on and join us as we run, walk or prance through Beverly's coastal roads and historic downtown! You may see Santa, his elves and others in festive costume… By participating, you’re not just running a race—you’re supporting the Y’s mission to strengthen our community. Your involvement helps ensure that programs like swim safety, childcare, and youth development remain accessible to everyone who needs them. Your commitment to this event helps support the Greater Beverly YMCA.

Participate in the Stamp Out Hunger® Food Drive, an impactful initiative recognized as the largest one-day food drive in the country. This program offers residents a simple and convenient method to contribute food to those facing food insecurity. All you have to do is place your donation of non-perishable food items next to your mailbox prior to mail delivery on Saturday, May 10. Dedicated letter carriers will collect these generous donations as they carry out their postal routes, ensuring that the food reaches local food banks, pantries, shelters, and churches where it will make a difference in the lives of those in need. Join us in this collective effort to combat hunger and provide support to our community.

The North Andover Farmers Market is the perfect destination for anyone living in the Merrimack Valley or the North Shore to shop and enjoy locally-sourced products. The market will take place in the center of town at the intersection of First Street and Main Street. The market has become known for its wide variety of fresh food, unique local vendors, and live music! With more than 20 vendors each week, live music, food trucks and other surprises, it's a great way to spend a Sunday morning!  So join us Sunday mornings... grab a cookie or a scone and coffee while strolling the market! Then do all your shopping, knowing you're buying local and supporting local farms and businesses!
