Join us for the Annual BevFit Fest, a Beverly Homecoming event on Dane Street Beach. Your favorite Beverly-based health and wellness businesses will be offering FREE classes and demonstrations Sunday, August 10^th from 8am-11am. Live DJ, free giveaways, and lots of family-friendly fun in the sun! Don’t miss it!

Run for NH’s kids and families! This fundraising event is held each spring to support programs that help to ensure all families have equal access to The Children's Museum of New Hampshire. This 5K, the first in the Seacoast Road Race Series, is held in downtown Dover and includes an official competitive race-walker division. We welcome all ages to participate in the 5K and offer the Kid-Venture Course for ages 1-10 as a fun alternative for those kids and families looking for a shorter, sillier way to get active this spring.

A free youth fitness class run by Beverly High School volunteers. Children are welcome to attend any number of the classes. Growing Strong is a new, free, youth program that aims to provide a welcoming, social environment for children to begin a healthy lifestyle. Fitness is so important, especially for young children. It not only benefits a child’s overall physical health but also improves self esteem, concentration and decreases stress.

Jump start your new year with a sampling of group exercise classes. Classes include Zumba, Escape Fitness, Y- Cycle, and more. Take half hour blocks of each and figure out what works best for you! Great for beginners!
