Ukrainian Egg Workshop for Teens

Join Hamilton Wenham Library in Massachusetts for a workshop on making Ukrainian Eggs.

Join us for a workshop on making Ukrainian Eggs!  Presented by Kati Bourque, Head of Technical Services here at the Hamilton-Wenham Library. Learn a brief history of this tradition, then dive into creating your own Ukrainian Egg. This workshop session is reserved for teens in grades 6 through 12.  Registration is required.  All supplies will be provided. You will be using permanent dye and wax, so wear your getting messy clothes.

Kati Bourque will present a brief history on Ukrainian Easter Eggs and teach you how to create your own egg.  All materials will be provided and you will go home with an egg that you made! This program is geared towards teens and adults, as you will be handling a raw egg, a lit candle, and permanent dyes.

This event has been cancelled. The Trustees of Reservations invites kids and their families to shake off the winter cold and join us as we celebrate springtime at Long Hill with our very special Spring Egg Hunt Trail! During this fun, family event, you’ll explore the trail and complete an exciting scavenger hunt as you go. Then, spend some time creating a spring-themed craft and visit the petting zoo on site. This springtime celebration is perfect for the whole family.

Rockport Community Egg Hunt

The Rockport Chamber of Commerce sponsors the annual Community Egg Hunt

The Rockport Division of the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce will hold the 32nd Annual Rockport Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30th at 2 PM. The event is for the children of the town: Pre-schoolers through Grade one; and will take place at Millbrook Meadow. Pre-schoolers will be grouped in one section and kindergarteners and first graders in another.
