Come cut your own tulips at Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury Massachusetts

A gorgeous, fan-favorite variety of 100k tulips are scheduled to bloom in early May. Welcome spring with this multi-weekend festival featuring free live music, self-guided blooming orchard walks, outdoor hard cider bars, food trucks, fitness n' family activities and cut-your-tulips. General entrance is free but online tickets for tulip cutting is required. Walk-in tickets will not be sold upon arrival on the farm.

Purchase pick-your-own tickets ahead (48 hrs in advance) or upon arrival at the farm. Come to Cider Hill Farm to create your own crowns with floral expert, Magnolia Blooms. Begin by cutting your own 6 stems in the garden. Take blooms to the nearby flower tent to create your own crown! Come anytime from 10 - 12. Demos will run every 15 min. Leave with your own custom crown and know-how to make crowns at home!

Pick Your Own Bouquet at the Trustees of Reservations Stevens-Coolidge Place

In addition to pick-your-own favorites like zinnias, cosmos and rudbeckia, visitors will find new varieties to add pop and flair to their bouquets. The garden is fun for all ages and there is always something new to learn! Please note there is a fee to cut flowers and picking is only available at the Cutting Garden during PYO hours.

Our 3rd Annual Donut Day is on 6/1 from 10 am - 4 pm. And it’s WAY more than just donuts! Did you know National Donut Day started in Chicago in 1938 as a tribute to The Salvation Army “Doughnut Lassies”? The Lassies traveled overseas during WWI to help support & boost morale of front line troops by setting up small huts to provide supplies and baked goods. Nicknamed “Donut Lassies,” the women who served donuts to troops are often credited with popularizing the donut in the United States.
