The Annual Middle Street Walk is a great way to experience Gloucester's Historic District and waterfront while having Holiday fun with the family. An updated schedule of this years walk will is available for download at this link.
At the Middle Street Walk this year, families can make crafts for the holidays with the Sawyer Free Library at Trinity Congregational Church and at Maritime Gloucester with Cape Ann Art Haven, have a ride on a horse drawn wagon while listening to a historic tour of Middle Street, take a museum tour, listen to concerts and bell ringers, watch dance recitals, and take part in the Gingerbread House Contest Display at Gloucester City Hall* and of course visits with Santa! There's a lot to do and see, with the grand finale being the lighting of the Lobster Trap Tree at Solomon Jacobs Park on Harbor Loop between Maritime Gloucester and the Coast Gaurd Station!
Whether you come for a visit or experience all of the day's events, you and the kids will be sure to have fun!
