Bowl Painting at TOHP Burnham Library

Proceeds from the Open Door Empty Bowl dinner benefit community programs in citys and towns on the North Shore.

Help paint a bowl to be auctioned at The Open Door's annual fundraiser!! All supplies are provided. Spaces are limited and registration is required. This program is intended for adults, teens and children (ages 8 and older.) Children aged 7 and younger may register and participate with a caretaker's assistance.

Bruins Pajama Drive

Drop off new pajama donations at libraries across the North Shore as part of the Boston Bruins PJ Drive.

From February 1 through March 15, Cradles to Crayons®, the Boston Bruins, Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, and Wonderfund are coming together with organizations in your community to collect new pajamas for local children living in low-income and homeless situations. Together, we are looking to collect 10,000 pairs of pajamas. By supporting us with a PJ Drive, you will directly supply new pajamas to the children who need them most so they can stay warm for a good night’s sleep. Register through our form below to get more information on hosting a PJ Drive with us.

Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Fundraiser

Eat ice cream for breakfast at Putnam Pantry in Danvers Massachusetts to raise funds for a local charity!

Our annual ice cream for breakfast event is also a fundraiser! For $10 you will get 2 scoops of ice cream between a Belgian waffle, and, in Putnam Pantry fashion, you can top your own sundae. We will be offering special toppings on our ice cream smorgasbord and special ice cream flavor offerings. 50% of proceeds will be donated to the Care Dimensions Hospice Houses.

The Step up for Colleen 5k is a memorial fundraiser in memory of Colleen Ritzer a beloved North Shore Lacal Teacher.

The friends and family of Colleen Ritzer have created this 5K walk/run to celebrate Colleen’s life and her commitment to help and inspire others. As one of New England’s must-see holiday traditions, the 12th Annual SeaFestival of Trees fundraiser opens Saturday, November 23, at the Blue Ocean Event Center in Salisbury, MA. With over 135 extravagantly themed trees, a full-size indoor skating rink, a spectacular giant sand sculpture, and Santa’s Workshop, this immersive winter wonderland has grown into a cherished event for all ages. The Festival runs on weekends through December 8, plus Tuesday, November 26 and Thursday, December 5, with special events and themed evenings bringing magic to every visit.
